Babywearing Bestie - Service Agreement

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to deliver a babywearing educational session. This session covers safe carrying techniques, carrier adjustments, and safety guidelines.

2. Fees and Payment

• Fees for individual sessions are posted on my website. Individual sessions (excluding service bundles) are $100 per hour, and $25 per 15 minutes after the first hour. Sliding scale pricing is available on request.

• Payment must be made in full prior to or at the time of the session.

• Accepted Methods: Payment can be made via e-Transfer/ Cash/ Paypal.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Client Cancellation: If you cancel at least 48 hours before the session, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to full or partial charge. Cancellations made same-day are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available in case of illness.

• Provider Cancellation: If the Service Provider must cancel due to illness or emergency, a full refund or immediate rescheduling option will be provided.

4. Educational Disclaimer

This workshop provides educational instruction only. The client assumes full responsibility for the ongoing safety and correct positioning of their child when using any carrier during and after the session.
