When you fill out my Google Form, I collect the personal information you voluntarily provide, which may include your name and email address.

• Send you updates about Babywearing Bestie news, events, and workshops.

• Share occasional promotions or relevant babywearing tips.

3. How Your Data is Stored and Shared
Your data is securely stored within my password-protected Google Workspace account. I do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. If I use a trusted third-party email marketing platform (like Mailchimp or Flodesk) to send newsletters, your email will be securely transferred there solely for that purpose.

4. Your Control and Opt-Out Options
You have full control over your data. You can opt out of receiving emails from me at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting me directly at info@babywearingbestie.ca.

5. Client Consultation Notes
During our workshops or private consultations, I may take notes regarding your babywearing preferences, goals, and specific adjustments. These notes are kept strictly confidential, stored securely in my password-protected files, and are used solely to track your progress and provide continuity of care in future sessions. They will never be shared with third parties.
